What “reduce PDF size” actually has to do
People type reduce PDF size when a form, email, or WhatsApp transfer rejects a 8–15 MB scan. The file is not “too high quality”. It is over a byte limit. A quality slider that lands at 240 KB still fails a 200 KB field.
